!! These apartments are no party apartments !!
They are located on the ground floor of a residential house.
The rules of the house and in particular the night rest must be observed.
Please consider this before booking.
All our apartments are non-smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.
If smoking in the apartment nevertheless we have to charge a special cleaning fee of at least 50 €.
On arrival a deposit of 50 € is deposited.
Please consider also in case of smoking in the apartment
we keep the full deposit.
Internet / Wifi rules
On arrival you will receive a personal password to log in to the Wifi network.
Do not share this password with any outsiders.
The misuse of the Internet access for non-legal activities or the use
of file sharing portals is not permitted.
